I joined the Windermere Real Estate Team in 1985. Working in real estate for 39 years has given me a wide range of experiences and knowledge that helps me give the best I can to my clients and each situation. I work with buyers, sellers, and investors to personalize each interaction. I have a Short Sales Specialist Negotiator on my team. I am also a Seniors Real Estate Specialist which allows me to assist seniors and their families with all the things that need to be done when moving, such as deciding what to keep and finding the best places to live. It is priority to me to make each client's experience professional, friendly, and successful.

Growing up in Sacramento allowed me to plant my roots in this great city. My husband and I settled in Carmichael and raised three children here. Our oldest daughter lives in Mount Shasta along with our 11-year-old granddaughter. Our middle daughter moved to Italy a few years ago, met her husband, and just had our new little granddaughter. My son played rugby at Idaho State and just recently changed schools to pursue his agriculture degree. I enjoy skiing, boating, traveling, and walking our black lab, Brady. Our children grew up in Sacramento because I valued what the area had to offer along with the beauty of the city. Sacramento provided great schools, a wide range of activities, and a safe area for me to raise my family.
